3175553 - SOAMANAGER Processing error in Internet Communication Framework(ICM) CI9 Direct Connectivity

Symptom

As part of the CI9 (Cloud Integration 9) Direct connectivity integration, we have configured the below 2 web services in the SOAMANAGER:

  1. /ARBA/CO_MIOUT_SYNC_ARIBA_DOWN
  2. /ARBA/CO_MIOUT_SYNC_ARIBA_UPLO

When we do the “Ping web service” test on both these web services on the SOAMANAGER screen, we get the error message below:

“SRT Framework exception: Service Ping ERROR: Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("Connect to s1.ariba.com:443 failed: NIECONN_REFUSED(-10)")”.
