3175787 - How do I enable the Send Quote to External System option for my event?

• The button to Send price/quote to external system does not appear in my event.
• The button does not appear even though the event template has Allow external system integration set to Yes.
• The button does not appear for my Draft or Awarded scenario.
• After sending quotes to the external system, the button disappears and I cannot send multiple times.
