Symptom

When importing enumerations you encounter a system error : The error contains text in the following pattern

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Translation references undefined enumeration [enumeration name: ( "Enumeration name", abc, 1, ko_KR, "부동산", @ )
 at ariba.base.fields.EnumerationExcelAdapter.addTranslation(EnumerationExcelAdapter.java:222)
 at ariba.base.fields.EnumerationExcelAdapter.loadTranslations(EnumerationExcelAdapter.java:159)
