CUP-17356: Display risk scores of suppliers to contract owners.

  • This feature shows contracts users an in-application snapshot view of the real-time risk scores of suppliers. 
  • On Contract Workspace (CW) new field is shown by the side of Supplier field, called Risk Score and shows the supplier risk score;
    • Risk Score not showing could be this feature missing.
