3177550 - Active ShipTo is not available in the drop down picklist while creating a PR

The ShipTo address is active in the system and the address is present while exporting Plant.csv file. But when creating a Purchase Requisition(PR) and attempting to change the ShipTo, the plant address is not available in search results.
