3177779 - Purchase requisitions from an auto-release contract were not generated and the contract remained in Processing status during real-time budget check.

This issue affects only customers who are using the Auto generation of requisitions for fixed/recurring fee items of a release order contract feature. Previously, purchase requisitions from an auto-release contract were not generated and the contract remained in Processing status during real-time budget checking. Now, requisitions from an auto-release contract will be generated in the scenario described here. This fix must be configured as described in the following section.
