SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When opening or closing a line item on an order in Ariba, the ExportPurchaseOrderCloseStatus web service task is run and my ERP system responds with an error. The expectation is that the close action is reverted and an error message appears in the order history. Why does this not happen?
