When integrating our Contract Workspace to the external system, why are we receiving the below error:

  • The supplier [name] does not have a valid vendor ID associated with it

Other variations of the error, seen from the ContractStatusUpdateRequest (CSUR) cXML:

  • [ERROR] Please enter supplier or supplying plant
  • [ERROR] Please enter vendor or supplying plant
