Symptom

Error: Failed to delete the preferred supplier workspace. S4 error ID: NNNNNNNNNNNNN. --- Deletion not allowed for SM project: WSNNNNNNNNN when trying to submit a preferred supplier request form. The system initially displays the request has been submitted. On clicking Back, the above error message is displayed.
