3181376 - Duplicate Payload ID error while sending Purchase Order through PI Adapter

Symptom

I am trying to send a Purchase Order (PO) via my PI adapter and while sending It I received a duplicated Payload ID error:

An error occured when sending the document to SAP Business Network Error: [Code]:ERR205[Description]:Send cXML to ASN Failed (Unrecoverable Error)[Message]: An unrecoverable error occurs when performing outbound transaction[Sys_ASN_PurchaseOrderCreate_cXMLReceiver][Request Name/Type] OrderRequest/OrderRequest [Request URL] https://service.ariba.com/service/transaction/cxml.asp[TimeStamp/PayloadID] null/null [Response Status Code] 400[Response Status Text]Bad Request[Response Status Desc]Error:Duplicate message. A message with the same payloadid XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX was received earlier with different timestamp.Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for more details] causes a XIAdapterException and can be retried.
