3182233 - Custom Work Center Not Appearing For Assignment In Business Role

Symptom

You have created a custom workcenter view but is not appearing for assignment in business role.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Administrator Workcenter.
  2. Enter General Settings view.
  3. Click on Business Roles.
  4. Open any.
  5. Click on View all.
  6. Under work centers and views assignment, search for the custom workcenter view.
  7. Result: The custom workcenter view is missing.

Resolution

After you create a new custom work center it can take up to 24 hours to replicate throughout the entire system and be available to be assigned in business role.
