3182364 - Received an error: "Cannot convert currency 1 to currency 2. Enter the amount in currency 1"

When an event, project or request is set to a different currency than realm/site currency error on below structure is faced:

Cannot convert currency 1 to currency 2. Enter the amount in currency 1.

For example, if the realm default currency is Brazilian Real and in the project it is select US Dollars, error will be:

"Value - Cannot convert US Dollar to Brazilian Real. Enter the amount in Brazilian Real"
