3182429 - Error : "Invalid file type detected through reading file content" when uploading an xml attachment

Symptom

When user try to attach .xml file in any document user getting error even though the file format is xml.

Error: Invalid file type detected through reading file content. The valid file types are : txt, xls, xlsx, doc, htm, html, pdf, xml, ppt, jpeg, bmp, gif, zip, rtf, ps, csv, docx, png, pptx, ppsx, dotx, potx, sldx, xltx
