3182471 - Only Title And Department Are Displayed On Employee Profile Header For Users On Global Assignment Or With Multiple Employments

When viewing the employee profile header for an employee on Global Assignment or with multiple employments, only the Title (in EC, this is 'Job Title') and Department fields are displayed.

1. Go to the employee profile of a user on Global Assignment or with multiple employments
2. In the employee profile header, only the Title and Department information is displayed
   - Alternatively, if these values are not maintained, 'No Data Maintained' displays instead

If an Employment Differentiator is not used (this can be checked in 'Configure People Profile' > 'General Header Settings' and scrolling down to 'Employment Differentiator'), then the system is hard-coded to show the EP 'Title' and 'Department' fields. These fields can be checked via an 'Employee Profile' report, or by exporting the UDF.

The EP 'Title' field is hard-coded to come from the Job Information 'Job Title' field, but this can be overwritten by custom HRIS Sync Mappings. If Job Information 'Job Title' is maintained but 'Title' is not populating on the profile header, go to 'Manage Business Configuration' > 'HRIS Sync Mappings' and see if a custom HRIS Sync Mapping has been configured. If so, check the HRIS Element 'Field (ID)' value and check if that field is populated for the employee. If not, populate that field and see if the 'Title' on the header then populates as expected.

It is expected behavior for the employee profile header to only display Title and Department if an employment differentiator is not used.

If you would like to display other job information (for example: business-unit, company, division), please:

1. Go to Manage data > Create new: Employment differentiator > Add Employment Differentiator Fields > Save

2. Go to Configure people profile > Click on General Settings > Under Choose Employment Differentiator, select Employment Differentiator you configured in step 1 > Save

3. After refreshing the page, you will see the information configured in the Employment Differentiator shows on the header instead
