Why am I getting the error below when accessing my Subscriptions tab under the Service Subscriptions page?
Error: We are currently migrating your information to our new billing system. Sign-up for optional subscription packages is currently not available for your account. Please check back at a later time. Note that previous invoices can be found under the "Remaining Billing" Tab. If you need immediate assistance, please contact Ariba Support (access via the "Help Center" to the right)
