Symptom

Purchase Orders (PO) failing to reach the supplier integrated system (via cXML), but can be seen in the supplier's SAP Business Network account.

The following error messages can appear in this scenario:

  • PO-7: Received cXML response indicating a temporary error
  • PO-9: Invalid cXML response
  • PO-11: Cannot deliver order. Terminal error code for PO status: Couldn't parse document
  • PO-11: Cannot deliver order. Terminal error code for PO status: Not Acceptable
  • PO-11: Cannot deliver order. Terminal error code for PO status: Error
  • PO-11: Cannot deliver order. Terminal error code for PO status: Fatal Error
  • PO-11: Cannot deliver order. Terminal error code for PO status: The state of document XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX was changed to Failed after unsuccessful attempts to resend it.
