3185245 - Supplier not found while searching for requisitions and orders

Supplier not found in the Supplier chooser while searching for requisitions and orders. Parameter Application.Approvable.OrganizationalVisibilityPartitioning is disabled, user is linked to a Purchasing Unit (PU), but supplier is linked to a different PU. If user does an open search, they can find requisitions and orders linked to that supplier. Same supplier is visible in the supplier chooser while searching for invoices and IRs.
