3185761 - Where can I find more details of generic SOAP fault error we see in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network transaction tracker?

Some of the transactions sent from SAP ERP system to SAP Ariba solutions or SAP Business Network fail with error like below in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network transaction tracker. This is more of a generic error. How can I find more details of what value in xml is causing this error ?
