3185761 - Where can I find more details of generic SOAP Fault error we see in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network ?

Symptom

Some of the transaction towards Ariba Procurement application fail with error like below in SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network tracker. This is more of a generic error. How can I find more details of what value in xml causing this error ?

Document Failed during HTTP/SOAP post for Customer ANXXXXXX - Realm Name XXXXXX and received SOAP Fault Message: java.lang.Exception: java.lang.Exception: SOAP Fault :The incoming message is invalid with the following errors: urn:Ariba:Buyer:vsap:XXXXX@ line 31 in SoapResponseParse.groovy. Suggested Action : For further assistance, please contact Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Support with Error Code : CIG-PLT-04641
