3186191 - My ShipTo and BillTo addresses appear in search results even though I marked them as false in the Address.csv file

I marked the ShipTo and BillTo flags as false or No in the Address.csv file, but these addresses still appear in search results when users select a shipping or billing address. I want to understand why the addresses are not filtered and how to configure the system to filter them correctly.
