3186425 - Preferred suppliers are not returned due to incorrect Vendor/Supplier Contact data

Supplier is not appearing as preferred or qualified for multiple categories/ commodity codes. The supplier is available in guided buying in View all suppliers and when I select the supplier it appears as preferred (with the green preferred band at the top).
