Symptom

  • The following error occurs in the installation wizard window while installing the DS agent on Linux:

    Configure SQLA User: Exception in thread "Thread-1" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /tmp/.dsod_848892/DataServicesAgent/sqla/libdbjdbc17.so.1: / tmp/.dsod_848892/DataServicesAgent/sqla/libdbjdbc17.so.1: failed to map segment from shared object

  • The installation stops at stage "Configuring internal database" and never ends.
