3187073 - Error: "Rejecting Service Sheet: The Service Sheet Item price XXX mismatched with contract price on contract YYY or did not honor price"

Symptom

When a supplier submits a Service Entry Sheet (SES), the SAP Ariba Procurement solution rejects the SES automatically.
On the History tab of the SES, you see a cXML Load Error with the following comments:

Rejecting Service Sheet: The Service Sheet Item price on service line number 1 mismatched with contract price on contract C123 or did not honor price tolerance.
