Symptom
When sending Request For Quotation (RFQ) Confirmation transactions from Ariba Sourcing to ECC or S/4 HANA integrated with S/4 HANA Cloud using SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network the following error is triggered in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Transaction Tracker:
The SAP Business Network account associated with the system ANXXXXXXXXXXX-T and the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network user s1.ariba.com@DigiCert SHA2 Secure Server CA could not be found.. Suggested Action : Managed Gateway for Spend&Network could not find the SAP Business Network account associated with the user. For further assistance, please contact Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Support with Error Code : CIG-PLT-00672.
