3187345 - Error : Costs not determined: Consignee ID is not allowed for the item

The system is not enabling the Serial Number tab to assign serial numbers during the consignment process in a Sales Orders though Scoping element: Sell Consignment Products is scoped.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center
2. Go to Sales Orders view and create new sales order with required account
3. Enter all required details and add row product ID: A ( here A refers to the Product ID)
4. Now change the Item type to Product- consignment issue.
5. System does not enable Serial number tab to allocate the inventory
6. system throws below errors: 

     Serial numbers mandatory; enter 1 serial number(s)
     Location with role Ship From Location missing
     Costs not determined: Consignee ID is not allowed for the item
     Product-consignment issue not allocated; click Allocate Consignment

Changes have been made for scoping element:"Sell Consignment Products" via Merge project however status is not Completed.

Activity "Activate Solution Capabilities" in the merged change project under Go-Live tab should be with status Completed.Once this activity is compeletd, object would be active.

If you did the changes through a change project, then it is always mandatory to merge the change project in order to reflect the changes into the system.

The status of the change project should be Merged (in some cases, the Activate Solution Capabilities activity must be completed after the merge, which will cause the final status to be Activated). Repetition Required activities should also be re-configured after merge.
