I want to initiate a change order from the SAP Ariba Procurement mobile app for a requisition or purchase order.

Note: The What's new in SAP Ariba feature document incorrectly states that a self-service parameter must be configured to enable this feature. No configuration is required — the feature is automatically enabled for all customers.
