Symptom

In Guided Buying, the “Buy Again” action button is not visible for a denied Team Buying requisition when the user is acting as a Contributor.

Users expect to reuse the requisition but:

  • The Buy Again option is not available
  • The requisition cannot be easily recreated from the same user role
