3187944 - Work centers cannot be assigned to a Business user

You are trying to assign Access rights to a business user using 'Copy from user' but work centers are not assigned.

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to the Business Users view.
3. Find the specific user.
4. Click Edit and select Access Rights.
5. Click the Actions button.
6. Select Copy from user.
7. Select a user and Click Ok.

Message 'User MV_IDENTITY_ID is invalid (validity period), authorizations not updated' is shown and no work center is assigned.

The user whom you selected using copy user has business roles assigned. Business role can be assigned only to valid users in the system. The validity of the business user is expired or starts from a future date. Such users with validity period cannot be assigned with business role and the same will not work for invalid users. You can also see the Business Roles under the Business Role tab grayed out for such users.

The Access rights can be assigned for such users by direct assignment of work centers, as follows:

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to the Business Users view.
3. Find the specific user.
4. Click Edit and select Access Rights.
5. Go to Work Center and View Assignment.
6. Select the desired work centers.
