3189178 - The Instructor Led Training Session time is not displaying correctly at the Register tab and Roll call tab compared to learner view

Symptom

Why do I see two different time zones in learner view vs admin view?

My learner view shows the sessions converted into my user profile time zone but the Register, Roll Call and Sessions tab show the timezone in which the session was created
