3189200 - Workflow Delegation - Delegatee name disappeared

When we try to set the user with apostrophe-like sign (‘) in the username as delegatee in the Delegatee field ,we are able to search and select the user, but when we click on anywhere in the UI, Delegatee field turns blank

' Sign is commonly used in the Hebrew language for names

SAP Successfactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to Home Page
2. Delegate Workflows
3. Search for any user with sign ' in the name  in the field Delegatee
4. Select the user
5. Click on anywhere in the UI
6. You will notice Delegatee becomes blank

Issue has already been fixed and will be available in 2205 release
