3189224 - Focused Build Simple IT Request: My Requests application keeps loading

You are using Focused Build IT Service Management Extensions, Simple IT Request scenario, and when clicking on My Requests application in SAP solution Manager Fiori Launchpad the process keeps loading (your see three dots) and never ends.

If you open F12 browser Developer tools, in Console the following error is displayed :
