3189251 - How to enable a transaction type to be displayed in incident and service request pop-up while creating a new document

Symptom

In DNO_CUST04, the parameters PROCESS_TYPE_ADD and SERVICE_REQUEST_TYPE were adjusted to display the same transaction type when creating an incident or service request. When trying to create the document in CRM UI, the desired transaction type is displayed only for one of the pop-ups while selecting the transaction type.
