Resolution
Currently the help texts are not supported in Personal data collection step or Onboarding.
We can configure the help text in EC. Please follow the guide link: Adding Custom Help to Employee Central Blocks - SAP Help Portal
To verify the feasibility of having this included in a future version of the system, please submit an enhancement request by following the instructions available in the following article : 2090228 - How to submit enhancement ideas for SAP SuccessFactors Products
We welcome inputs from customers to improve the functionality of our products. All enhancement requests are reviewed by our Product Management team and, if successful, are developed and implemented in a future product release.
