3189262 - Action Search is Available in NextGen Admin

This KB article explains that Action Search is Available in NextGen Admin. 
Action Search is now activated by default for most customers.

Go to Nextgen Admin Center -> Find the Action Search header

Prerequisites :
User should be an admin and have admin center access

How to enable NextGen Admin Tools :
Enable the new admin homepage via the Upgrade Center or by contacting your Implementation Partner.
Once enabled, the admin homepage becomes the default UI of the Admin Center page.

In 1H 2022 with the deprecation of OneAdmin and universal migration to NextGen Admin, Action Search is turned on by default for customers who are new to NextGen Admin. If you have already upgraded to NextGen Admin before 1H 2022 and Action Search is turned off for your instance, there is no change. If you want to deactivate Action Search, contact your implementation partner or your Product Support.

We made this change to coincide with the replacement of OneAdmin with NextGen Admin and keep user experience of Action Search consistent across the entire SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite.

What's Changed
In the current version, Action Search is enabled by default in NextGen Admin for most customers. If the Action Search is activated in your instance for the first time, you can search for actions, like "Manage Permission Roles", in the search box located in your global header.

In the previous version, Action Search wasn’t enabled by default in OneAdmin.
