Prerequisites:
User should be an admin and have admin center access.

Enable and customize below e-mail templates under Admin Center -> Email Notification Templates Settings.

• Role-Based Permission Notification - Role Change
• Role-Based Permission Notification - Notification Settings Change

For permission role changes that impact a large number of access users, you can now enable double-confirmation popups and e-mail notifications for RBP administrators. You can also set a threshold for triggering these notifications.

A) Enable Email Notification :

1.For permission role changes that impact a large number of access users, you can now enable e-mail notifications for RBP administrators. Login to instance -> Admin Center -> Manage Role Based permission Access -> “RBP Notification Settings” -> Enable Email notifications.

2.This feature enables Email Notification to the RBP admin. When an RBP administrator updates a permission role or group that impacts the number of employees you've set in Threshold for email notification and double-confirmation popup field (Enter a number between 1 to 99), e-mail notifications are sent to all RBP administrators who are selected in the Notify this user column.

For ex: Below is the email sample notification that the RBP admins would be receiving. Updates the details of users or Permission Groups, Number of access users, Target Population and Number of Target Users.

B) Enable Double Confirmation Pop up: 

1.For permission role changes that impact many access users, you can now enable double-confirmation popups. Login to instance -> Admin Center -> Manage Role Based permission Access -> “RBP Notification Settings” -> Enable double confirmation popup.

2.When RBP administrators try to save the permission role or group changes that impact the percentage of employees you've set, a double-confirmation popup displays.

Note: If the rule of role contains everyone group in the access group, It still pops-up. Even if the pop-up switch is disabled, If the rule doesn't contain everyone in the group, you will not see popup window when popup switch is disabled. Everyone group is always popup.

3. You can also set a threshold for triggering these notifications.

For example, you can set the threshold to 80%, and notifications will be triggered if 80% or more employees are impacted by a permission role change.
