3189692 - Unable to upload SSL certificate with error : 'An error occurred. Please try again later' - Recruiting Marketing

Symptom

When renewing the SSL certificate for their RMK site, if a customer uses 'Option 2 : To obtain and install an SSL without generating a CSR.
then selects : I have a new SSL certificate based on an existing CSR'

they can get the error "An error occurred. Please try again later" when attempting to upload the new SSL.
