3189792 - Onboarding Notifications Sent to the Personal Email Address and not the Business Email

Symptom

So for instance currently employed employees who need to the action on certain Onboarding tasks such as assigned buddy and scheduled meetings are getting the relevant emails sent to their personal email address instead of their business email.

We have noticed that this is only happening for the below email:

  • (ONB) A meeting updated for participants Trigger.
  • (ONB) Buddy Assignment Trigger.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Resolution

  1. In BizX > Employee Profile.
  2. Search for the affected employees.
  3. Ensure that their primary email address is set the the Business Email.
