JobApplicationInterview API not fetching data for certain Job Application ID.

The interview schedule status is either Draft or Not Booked, or the interview doesn't have an interviewer.

The JobApplicationInterview API can be used to fetch data for interviews that have interviewers and a status of Booked.

An interview schedule hasn't been created when the status is Draft/Not Booked, or the interviewer field is blank. This is the same behavior as interview schedule email tokens.
