3189953 - Extended Address value in form/questionnaire is shown as a code instead of value. What happened?

Symptom

Extended Address value in form/questionnaire is shown as a code instead of value. What happened?

When I open the form/questionnaire, the value shown instead of the Extended Address is more or less like the following:

AddressExtPostalAddressApi{, countryCode='AA', cityName='InsertCityNameHere', streetPostalCode='999999',
streetName='InsertStreetNameHere'} ariba.sm.api.messages.vendor.ext.AddressExtPostalAddressApi Object {
countryCode: CC cityName: InsertCityNameHere streetPostalCode: 99

Changing the insert X here to the actual values, numbers to the actual values and also CC to the actual Country Code.
