3190146 - Internal questionnaire is being ignored for supplier's Registration Status

An internal questionnaire that requires approval in my Supplier Registration's Initial Registration or Registration Update phase. Even though the questionnaire and/or its approval is not completed, the supplier's status changed to Registered anyway.

Alternatively, it is requiring to be edited an internal questionnaire and triggered its approval. However, the supplier's status remains as Registered, and it does not update to Pending Approval.
