3190538 - Custom Logic Tracing for Workflow BAdis Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions

You are using the App Custom Logic tracing , when you create a Purchase Order or Purchase Requisition , the approval processed is not saved on the trace.

Start a Trace 

Create A PO

Finish the Trace

Go to the details, the BADIS of workflow scope are not listed.

The workflow BADIs are called by the Workflow User, not by the Purchaser User who is creating the PO

You  need to trace  the user SAP_WFRT for BADIs called by workflow , the trace for the PO creator user will not show the results of workflow BADIs.
