Reproducing the Issue
Go to Onboarding Dashboard
Choose Internal Candidate -> select candidate -> View details -> Take action -> Cancel and Restart option is not available.
Cause
Personal Data collection step has been skipped
Resolution
Validate whether you have skipped any steps in the onboarding process. Add Personal data collection step for internal hire and re-test with the new candidate.
