3190602 - Wrong screen layout in app Confirm Production Order Operation

You have maintained the confirmation profile for the screen layout of app Confirm Production Order Operation and set it as the standard profile in SSCUI 102007 - Define Single-Screen Entry for Confirming Production Orders.

However, when you do the confirmation using the app, the screen layout is not like what the profile defines.

1. Maintain the confirmation profile and set it as the standard one in SSCUI 102007.

2. Open app Confirm Production Order Operation. The screen layout now is what you expected, just like the profile defines.

3. However, after you enter the specific order and operation then click "Enter", the screen layout changes to a different one which is not like the profile defines.

This issue happens because the determination of the confirmation profile has its own dependencies and priorities. You can check this in the F1 help of the standard profile checkbox in SSCUI 102007:

Although you have maintained and set the standard confirmation profile, if you tick the "Use Profile for Plant/Order Type" checkbox in the details page:



Then the system will take the profile you assign to the specific combination of the plant and order type in SSCUI 102440 - Define Confirmation Parameters as the profile when you do the confirmation. For example, if you do the configuration as below:

At the time the app Confirm Production Order Operation is just opened, the order type and plant are not determined yet, so the system takes standard confirmation profile SAP001 and sets the screen layout accordingly. However, after you enter the order and operation, the system will determine the profile based on the plant and order type thus profile YBDI02 will be chosen and the screen layout will change accordingly.

If you want the standard confirmation profile to be applied to all the orders, you should NOT tick the "Use Profile for Plant/Order Type" checkbox.

Otherwise, the system will take the confirmation profile you maintain in SSCUI 102440 for specific combination of order type and plant.
