Is there a way to add candidates based on their engagement with email campaigns to talent pools?

At this moment there isn't any standard functionality that automatically moves candidates to talent pools based on their engagement with the email campaign.

If you think that it would be a good enhancement for the product SAP provides a channel where you can propose, discuss, and vote on ideas to improve the product. Since we need around 20 votes for an idea to be considered, you could raise an Enhancement Request for your idea/suggestion and then create a topic on Customer Community to give visibility to this Request.
