3190698 - alter table to change lock scheme on proxy table produces Error Msg 11272, Level 16, State 1 - SAP ASE

• A proxy table exists to a remote table and a user attempts to modify the locking scheme of the proxy table
• Error Msg 11272 appears when attempting to change the locking scheme, for example:
  alter table p_t lock datapages
  Msg 11272, Level 16, State 1
  Server 'server name', Line 1
  Action requested is not valid for remote tables (CHANGE LOCKING).
