Cause

This catalog has been classified to become visible only when scope item 1SG Group Reporting - Financial Consolidation has been selected and activated. Apps for business applications and business configuration are grouped by business catalogs. The visibility of these business catalogs is controlled by the selected business scope which is often defined by scope items.

Resolution

Please activate scope item 1SG-Financial Consolidation for SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
