3190915 - Projects from "old" Migration Cockpit after upgrade in the new fiori app "Migrate Your Data"

Symptom

After upgrading a S/4HANA system (for example from 1809 to 2021) the migration projects created in the "old" Web Dynpro "Migration Cockpit" (LTMC) application are not present in the new fiori app "Migrate Your Data".
