3190917 - SLD picking up old HANA hostname after hostname rename

Symptom

After renaming HANA host name, and re-register the system in SLD, the hostname in SLD still shows the old one.

E.g. Checking the sldreg.xml, the value in below property shows the old hostname.

      <value>SAP_HDBSystem</value>
</property>
<property name="Name">
      <value>SID-SYSTEMDB.DBTypeForSAP.HDB.SystemHome.oldhostname </value>
