3190994 - Sales Office and Sales Group not copied from Sales Quotation to Sales Order - S/4HANA Cloud

• When creating a subsequent Sales Order from a Sales Quote the Sales Group and Sales Office is not copied from the Sales Quote into the Sales Order Header Data.
• When project billing for a customer project the Sales Group and Sales Office is not copied from the Sales Order to Billing Document

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open the Manage Sales Quotations App.
2. Click "Create Quotation".
3. Populate the following Values:
   Quotation Type: QT
   Sales Organization: *XXX
   Distribution Channel: *XXX
   Division: *XXX
   Sales Office: *XXX
   Sales Group: *XXX
4. Populate the Sold-to Party.
5. Populate Cust. Reference.
6. Navigate to the Item Overview tab and input and maintain the details relevant a material.
7. Fill any other required data.
8. Navigate to the header data of the Sales Quote and note that the Sales Office and Sales Group.
9. Click save.
10. Quote is created.
11. Navigate to the Manage Sales Quotations App.
12. Locate your newly created Sales Quote using the search functionality.
13. Select the radio button next to this quote.
14. Click "Create Subsequent Order".
15. Select Order Type as "OR" from the dropdown menu.
16. Create Standard Overview Page is now displayed.
17. Navigate to the header details.
18. Within the Sales tab, note that the Sales Office and Group previous maintained in the referenced quote have not been copied over to the Sales Order.

Where *XXX represents values specific to the Customers own organizational structures.

In the standard system, the sales office and the sales group are copied from the customer master data of the sold-to party, and not from the reference document.

Amend the data of the ship to party using the Manage Business Partner, Manage Customer or Maintain Business Partner Apps.
