3190999 - Failed to create the form message type. Print form activation failure

 Print form fails to activate in the SDK

Attempt to activate a print form (.fthd file) in your custom solution in the SDK  -errors are raised as follows:

1. Failed to create form message type
2. An object with the name already exists in DDIC

This is caused by the form having the same name as a BO in your solution.

Delete the form and create a new one with a different name.
