Resolution

There are no pre-requisites in order to have a Bin View and Matrix View in Calibration Session. Meaning, you can use any Data Source (e.g., Performance, Compensation, People Profile, etc.) to create both Bin View and Matrix View.

To create a Bin View, here’s how it is done:

  1.  Assuming that your Data Source is Performance. Go to Manage Calibration Templates. You can Create a new Calibration Templates or Edit the existing Calibration Template(s).
  2. Go to Views tab. Click “Add View”. Create your Bin View. In the example, it is a combination of Performance on the “Calibration element” and then Potential on the “Show an extra column for bin view”, but you can use any combination depending on the configuration of the Data Source. Click “Save” once finished.
  3. To create a Matrix View, Go to Views tab. Click “Add View”. Create your Matrix View. In the example, it is a combination of Performance-Potential, but you can use any combination depending on the configuration of the Data Source. Click “Save” once finished.
